Gap Analysis

(Phase 2)

The Gap Analysis is a highly detailed engagement lasting up to three months. Its objective is to baseline your current state, compare that baseline to peers and best-in-class examples, and create a road map for optimizing the operation and maintenance of your pumps. Data is gathered through machine- and process-level cataloging. Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data is extracted for analysis by ITT’s proprietary software. A team of experts conducts interviews with key personnel.

Following completion, you are free to follow through with the plan on your own. Or you can choose to proceed to Phase 3 with ITT—Implementation.
