ITT: Developing in-plant reliability competency.

ITT Plant Performance Learning Services (PPLS) offers unsurpassed, expert training on pumps and pump system reliability. We train personnel to optimize industrial plant performance – increasing reliability, efficiency and productivity.

PPLS provides a variety of learning offerings to meet business needs, including open regularly scheduled offerings in various locations throughout the country and private sessions tailored to your requirements, available on-site or at a location and time that’s most convenient for your organization.

Participants get real-world experience through our highly interactive training offerings.   Our curriculum is comprised of e-learning (computer based training) and instructor-led courses, both of which engage participants in the learning process, increasing retention of skills and knowledge.  Expert instructors utilize state-of-the art training tools and methods to provide world-class instruction.

To further enhance the learning process and make training more convenient for you, our classrooms are mobile.  We deliver professional hands-on training at any location.  Participants receive extensive hands-on opportunities using our portable Pump System Simulator. Designed for the training environment, the Pump System Simulator contains pumps configured in various modes of operation to give participants multiple options for practice. The pump system uses transparent piping to let participants actually see the flow patterns they configure, providing a high impact learning experience.  Also brought to the site are a variety of differently configured pumps, mounted on rolling workbenches, allowing hands-on assembly and disassembly. Participants get to actually perform the procedures being taught.
